wind blew less gently风吹得更不柔和

year after year一年又一年

carried away 搬走

so did the rain雨也一样

poorer and poorer越来越穷

harder and harder 越来越困难

look sadly at伤心地看着

dry 干的

picked up 捡起

let it fall through his fingers让它穿过他的手指
