Unit four I like green (Period II ) Teaching aims: Revise the eight words of color . Learn to identify the eight colors correctly and quickly. Teaching material: Word cards, a bag , a teddy bear, a T-shirt, a vest, a coat, a shorts, glasses, a whistle, some magnets, CAI Teaching procedures: Step one : Warming up (1). Sing a song ¡°numbers¡± (2). Greetings. (3). Let¡¯s chant. Step two: Presentation (1). Show an orange bag and ask ¡°what¡¯s this ? What color is it?¡±. Hold the word card and let them read it one group by group. Then let one pupil choose the right magnets and stick on the Bb. (2). Touch and guess the teddy bear, put on the pink T-shirt , present the word ¡°pink¡±, read in the same method and stick on it . (3). Put on the shorts, present the word ¡°yellow¡±; Put on the vest, present the word ¡°blue¡±; Put on the coat, present the word ¡°green¡±. Using the glasses and whistle to present ¡°black¡± and ¡°purple¡± individually. All the words are read one group by group and then stick on the Bb in the match magnets. Step three: Consolidation (1). play a game : ¡°Low¡± and ¡°Loud¡± (2).T have a match with the pupils. (3). Watch the CAI, answer three questions and help the rabbit to jump across the river. Step four: Fun time (drawing) Hand out the color sheet , listen and color. Choose the beautiful drawings. And give the prize to the super group.
