Ⅰ、To reinforce the language learned in the first period.

 “Let’s colour …” and “ What colour is…?”

Ⅱ、Learn the colours: white grey black brown

Ⅲ、Can ask and answer ‘ what’ questions.

Ⅳ、To encourage creativity, let pupils know what colour is when put two different colours together.

Ⅰ、Revision:

 Recite the dialogue learned at the first period.

 Revise the colours with coloured pencils.

Ⅱ、Presentation:

(Ⅰ) Show the picture of a girl.

(Ⅱ)Show the picture of a car.

a. Learn the word ‘car’ .

b. Show different coloured cars  (CAI)

 c. Learn the colours ‘ blackgreybrownwhite’

 d. Drills:

   Stick five coloured cars on the blackboard, and number them from 1 to 5.

   Ask and answer: “ What colour is the car in picture 1/…?”   “It’s …”

   By the same way, show four dresses and ask and answer the questions.
